UC Merced California, USA
The UC Merced 2020 Project saw the University of California Merced campus expand to support a significant increase in student intake including enhancements to academic, administrative, research, recreational, student residence and student services buildings, utilities and infrastructure, outdoor recreation and open space areas, delivering over 22 facilities with an addition of 1m square feet of program to the existing Campus. The Project reached Substantial Completion in 2020, delivered on schedule and below the $1.3bn (USD) budget. The UC Merced 2020 Project was the first higher education P3 project of its kind within the US.

UAE Pavilion Duabi
Designed by Spanish architect, Santiago Calatrava, and inspired by his observation of a falcon in flight, the UAE pavilion will be one of the most important landmarks at the Expo 2021 in Dubai. The Pavilion is set on an area of 15,000 square metres, with a built-up area 19,200 square metres. It comprises a 2,000 square metre upper floor and a 662 square metre mezzanine, with a plaza level and related facilities spread across 3,000 square metres. The ground level includes a garden and car park encompassing 13,300 square metres.

Royal Inland Hospital British Columbia, Canada
We acted as the Independent Certifier for the Royal Inland Hospital project, built in two phases including single-patient rooms, and the renovation and expansion of the emergency services department and the addition of new parking stalls. The Project plans to demonstrate it’s commitment to environmental sustainability and green buildings as it aims to achieve Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold certification.

The MMTS PPP entails the design, construction, operation and financing of a twin nine-kilometre rail tunnel, five new underground stations and a range of systems required to support the effective operation of the new tunnel and stations, delivered as an availability-based PPP. The project is one of the largest transport infrastructure projects ever undertaken in Australia in response to strong and increasing demand for public transport.

We were engaged by the G2Konnect Consortium to undertake the role of Lenders’ Technical Advisor to provide independent expertise to the financiers and consortium on all matters relating to the technical scope of work, including manufacturing, design, construction, testing, commissioning, operations and maintenance. Comprising 13 projects and spanning 1,700km from Melbourne to Brisbane, Inland Rail will transform how goods are moved around Australia, creating more opportunities for regions to connect to cities and businesses to markets.

Burnaby Hospital DevelopmentBritish Columbia, Canada
We were engaged as the Independent Certifier for phase one of the redevelopment of the Burnaby Hospital. Burnaby Hospital provides a full range of primary and secondary acute care services. Phase One redevelopment plans improved patient outcomes, access and overall experience via upgraded HVAC systems and modernised facilities, including a new six level Inpatient/Outpatient Tower, which will aid in improving safety standards, as well as the quality of work environment for staff. Additionally, campus-wide LEED Gold energy efficiency goals for all new buildings will be met across the expansion of support facilities and aided by the renovation and repair of the medical campus’ existing steam boiler plant.

Tata Realty & Infrastructure Limited (TRIL) is a member of the TATA Group. TRIL plans to develop a new integrated mixed use development in Bangalore of some 310,000m2 comprising 5x 42 storey residential apartment towers and 3x 19 storey commercial office towers together with associated retail and recreational facilities. WT was appointed in 2015 to undertake full pre and post contract cost management services spanning an expected 5 year project duration.

WT as part of AEDAS-ARCOP-MEINHARDT CONSORTIUM is currently engaged by NBCC ( GOVT OF INDIA) to provide quantity surveying services for the Development of Convention centre and Exhibition halls The Project Comprises of two convention Centres each of capacity more than 10,000 persons and 11 Exhibition Halls. Our team has provided cost planning plus assistance with tender and contract documents.

WT was engaged by Emami Realty to provide quantity surveying services on their 51 Storey high Residential towers at Chennai. The Project Comprises of 51 Storey apartment building including 2 basements for car parking, High level apartments and residential recreational facilities. Based on our performance WT has been appointed for the Phase 2 project as well.

Hong Kong Airport Hong Kong
Passenger Terminal 1 at Hong Kong International Airport was designed to cater for 25 million passengers a year. WT was the quantity surveyor as part of the Mott Consortium who were responsible for the design and tender documentation of the project on behalf of the Provisional Airport Authority (PAA).
